Course overview
A hands-on program in which participants practise the first aid skills most needed at work, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on training manikins, control of bleeding and care of common injuries.Training objectives
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Assess an emergency scene and a casualty safely
- Perform CPR and manage choking
- Control bleeding and treat burns, fractures and shock
- Hand over a casualty to emergency services
